Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 共用系統/Enterprise Services Job Description 本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role) 本職位負責公司「企業網路混合雲基礎架構」之管理相關工作（包含 Router、Switch、Firewall、LAN、WAN、Internet、VPN、無線網路、資安設備等），確保整體地端與雲端網路服務穩定運行、連線順暢及資訊安全。 工作內容主要包括維運公司混合雲網路系統與設備，持續監控網路效能與使用狀況，分析業務需求並提出網路架構優化與解決方案，同時執行網路異常與故障排除，以降低營運中斷風險並提升服務品質。 除熟悉各類網路設備與技術（如 Switch、Router、Firewall、IPS等）與進階網路管理能力（如 VLAN、Routing、VPN等），雲端網路管理，規劃與管理 Azure與 GCP之雲端網路環境，包含跨區域/跨雲連線（如ExpressRoute/Interconnect）、負載平衡器（Load Balancer）、以及雲端原生防火牆/安全群組設定外，並可藉由公司內外部學習機會，持續精進專業知識，持續精進新興網路技術與資安知識，與遵循公司網路使用規範及資訊安全要求，於日常工作中提升作業效率並強化整體營運穩定性與安全性。

本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

### 混合雲網路架構管理
- 企業網路架構與網段配置，維運與管理（包含 Router、Switch、Firewall、LAN、WAN、Internet、VPN、無線網路、資安設備等），以及Azure與 GCP 之雲端網路環境，包含跨區域/跨雲連線（如 ExpressRoute/Interconnect）、負載平衡器（Load Balancer）、以及雲端原生防火牆/安全群組等。

### 網路效能優化與監控
- 管理與調校網路設備（Switch/Router），運用網路監控工具進行即時故障排除，確保骨幹網路之高可用性（High Availability）

### 專案導入與執行技術支援流程改善
- 執行網路設備升級及汰換作業、異地備援網路架構建立與基礎設施建置。 協助處理跨部門網路連線問題，並透過標準化操作程序，提升網路管理與業務流程效率。

### 資訊安全防護管理
- 維護並優化防火牆、VPN、IPS等設備之資安政策，依業務需求執行防火牆政策建立與修改，網路存取控制與權限管理，監控並防範潛在網路攻擊與威脅。 配合資安及稽核查核及缺失改善作業。 協助資安事件分析與應變處理與設備弱點改善作業。

### 基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements) 學歷 (education)

學士以上學歷。 工作經驗 (work experience):混合雲網路管理相關工作4年以上經驗。

### 專業能力 (professional capabilities)

熟悉進階配置與管理，具備操作網路設備（交換器、路由器）之專業硬體知識與實務經驗。 熟悉網路 TCP/IP 協定， VLAN、Routing、VPN、DNS/DHCP 等網路架構與設定。 具備防火牆規則管理、瞭解網路安全原則與資安防護措施等資安實務經驗與能力。 能獨立分析並解決網路故障排除，具備邏輯思維與快速反應之問題解決能力。 具備網路監控與分析工具使用經驗 熟悉雲端網路整合架構佳，具備 Azure 與 GCP 雲端網路服務 操作經驗，熟悉虛擬網路架構、路由表、雲端負載平衡配置及跨雲/混合雲連線方案。

### 專業證照 (professional license)

非必要，但如能提供實際運用上述工作內容證照，可視為加分。

### 語言能力 (language)

可讀寫英文技術文件。

### 其他 (others)

良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。 主動、樂觀與持續學習的意願，保持對最新技術和趨勢的了解。 良好資安意識，了解並執行安全最佳實踐。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
