## Job description

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! Job Family 董事會秘書/Company Secretary (Job Family)

### Job Description
- 辦理本公司及母公司開發金控董事會與功能性委員會議事幕僚作業，包括提案審核、議程編製、議事錄撰寫與重要決議之追蹤。
- 執行本公司與母公司開發金控董事會/功能性委員會/董事長交辦之各項專案或事項。
- 策劃董事就任程序，以及規劃董事持續進修事宜。
- 協調經理部門與董事溝通，確保訊息傳達與有效溝通。 提供董事執行業務所需資料，以及處理董事要求事項。

### 學歷

大學 系所：法律相關科系、企業管理相關、銀行保險相關 經歷：金融業務經驗6年以上/董事會、股東會業務經驗3年以上 其他專業條件：1.熟悉金融控股公司法、銀行法、證券交易法、公司法。 2.公文寫作能力佳。

### 相關證照

具金融相關證照，通過「公司治理基本能力測驗」尤佳。

### 語文能力

國、台語流利、具英文聽、說能力尤佳。

### 其他特質

具備跨部門整合協調能力、公文寫作能力佳。 Education – Degree / Field of Study Work Shift 正常工時 (Regular) - 需打卡 (Taiwan)
