Responsibilities キーサイトのEDA製品（ADS、EMProなど） やデータマネジメント製品（ SOS ） をご利用いただくお客様に対し、ポストセールス アプリケーション エンジニアとして、導入後の技術サポートを提供 します 。また、業務の一環としてプリセールス活動の技術支援も 行います 。 主な役割は以下の通りです。 技術サポート対応 お客様からの技術的なお問い合わせに対し、迅速かつ的確に対応します。お客様の課題や背景を正確に理解し、最適な解決策や活用方法をご提案することで、製品の価値を最大限に引き出します。 顧客トレーニングの提供 Keysight EDAツール（ADS、EMProなど） やデータマネジメント製品（ SOS ） に関するトレーニングを実施し、お客様がシミュレーションツールを効果的に活用できるよう支援します。 これにより、設計課題の解決および開発効率の向上に貢献します。 プリセールス支援 営業活動における技術的な側面をサポートし、お客様の要件に適したソリューション提案を支援します。 また、お客様の問題解決に向けては、製品開発部門（R&D）や営業部門と密接に連携し、最適な対応を行います。サポートは以下の複数チャネルを通じて提供 します 。 Webポータル 電子メール 電話 オンサイト対応 これらの取り組みを通じて、お客様のニーズに的確に応え、継続的な カスタマーサクセス を目指 していただきます 。 Qualifications Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design. Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools ( ADS) Knowledge of design data management/version control Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, S I wave, HSPICE, HFSS environment. Good understanding of one or several of following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RFµW, Electromagnetic. Fluent in written and spoken Japanese. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D.
