We are seeking a Marketing Communications (Marcom) Representative to support field marketing execution across Germany and EMEA, with a primary focus on customer events, tradeshows, seminars, and conferences. This role focus on event planning, budgets management, vendor coordination, attendee experience, and post-event performance tracking, while working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and business impact and continuity of local marketing activities. ### Responsibilities Identify and recommend local marketing investment opportunities based on local market needs, sales input, customer insights, and relevant industry events. Plan and execute customer-facing events, including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops, and other field marketing activities. Lead event project management, including timeline tracking, deliverables, stakeholder coordination among vendors, event organizer, and Keysight team, budget follow-up, and performance reporting. Manage event cost breakdowns, purchase orders, invoices, and overall budget tracking within approved allocations. Deliver a memorable and high-quality attendee and customer experience before, during, and after events. Support event-related digital promotions including email, web, registration, and social media tactic. Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and measurable business impact. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing communications, or event management. Proven experience managing customer events, seminars, or tradeshows with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in German and English.
