About the job The Manager R&D joins the PowerArtist team to lead and manage the Software Development for the RTL power reduction portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, resource assignments and progress tracking of all activities performed by the members of the team. The Manager R&D will be responsible for line management and personal development of team members, as well as the facilitation of the team’s work. About the Team Keysight PowerArtist is the industry’s leading design-for-power platform, trusted by top low-power semiconductor design companies worldwide. It enables early RTL power analysis and reduction, helping customers achieve breakthrough efficiency in their designs.
