### Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Success: Directly accountable for achieving revenue, order, and profitability targets for the automotive sector in Japan Account Leadership: Own the overall business performance and account engagement strategy for key Japanese automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers & semiconductors across their domestic and overseas operations.

### Opportunity Acceleration

Identify, build, and close high-value opportunities in Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Autonomous driving, and advanced automotive networking.

### Qualifications

Autonomous & Self-Directed: Highly independent worker who takes initiative, manages competing priorities, and drives business results with minimal supervision.

### Relationship & Network Building

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cold outreach, networking, and developing new strategic relationships from scratch.

### Presentation & Public Speaking

Strong presentation skills with the confidence and clarity to present complex technical and commercial topics in front of large crowds and executive leadership.

### Financial Acumen

Practical understanding of financial reports, basic data analytics, and commercial deal structures.

### Sales Capabilities

Solid foundational sales skills, including consultative selling, value proposition messaging, and objection handling.

### Education
