### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Service Engineer to support advanced ICT and semiconductor systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, along with the ability to deliver high-quality on-site support to customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving issue resolution through effective technical escalation and cross-functional collaboration.

### Responsibilities

Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for ICT and semiconductor systems at customer sites. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, subsystem, and system-level issues to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime. Conduct system verification, validation, acceptance testing, and performance checks in accordance with established service procedures and quality standards. Provide on-site and remote technical support, perform root cause analysis, and drive technical issue resolution through collaboration with factory engineering and global support teams.

Manage technical escalations by collecting diagnostic data, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions to ensure timely problem resolution. Maintain accurate service documentation, technical reports, and service activity records. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements while delivering professional customer support. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in semiconductor or ICT systems, or advanced field service support. Hands-on experience in system installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair services. Strong expertise in hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis. Experience supporting complex semiconductor manufacturing, test, or automation systems.
