Overview キーサイトの八王子事業所では、半導体ウェハーの電気的測定および試験を行うためのパラメトリックテスターの製品企画および開発を行っています。パラメトリックテスターは、多くの半導体企業で半導体製造工程のプロセスコントロールモニターやウェハー受入試験に使用されており、この分野でのシェアは非常に高く、多くの大手ファウンドリーがキーサイトのパラメトリックテスターを採用しています。 製品開発部では、電気計測のためのハードウェアやソフトウェアの開発からシステムとしてのインテグレーションまで、幅広い開発を行っています。高い専門性を持つ多様な技術分野のエンジニアと共に、自身の専門性を活かし、顧客の成功を実現し、半導体技術の発展を通じて世界に貢献しましょう。 At Keysight's Hachioji site, we plan and develop parametric testers for the electrical measurement and testing of semiconductor wafers.

Parametric testers are widely used by many semiconductor companies for process control monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer acceptance testing. Our market share in this area is very high, with almost all major foundries using Keysight's parametric testers. In the research and development department, we engage in a wide range of development activities, from hardware and software development for electrical measurements to system integration.

Designing, developing, testing, and debugging software programs, products, and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products and systems Creating dedicated programs for product shipment and product support Developing algorithms to align and calibrate equipment Designing and executing test plans to ensure products meet specifications, functionalities, and performance requirements
