Role reports to: Commercial Excellence & RGM Lead Location: Asia Pacific, Thailand, Bangkok, Bangkok Work Location: Hybrid What you will do What you will do The Commercial Excellence Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales performance to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. This role works closely with Sales teams to understand performance drivers, evaluate initiatives, and support strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes translating data into clear business actions, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer dynamics, and in-market execution. ### Key Responsibilities Responsible in identifying critical business challenges through data analysis and generating strategic recommendations to ensure a balanced impact of 4Cs (Consumer/shopper, Customer, Competitor and Company) Drive increased trade investment productivity across Kenvue portfolio, mainly by ensuring Sales/Trade Marketing team decision support to unlock category value & profit pool growth. Drive efficiency and productivity through collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder on process improvement, data governance and IT integration 1. ### Sales Performance, Customer & Channel Insights - Analyze sales performance across key customers and channels to identify growth drivers, gaps, and opportunities - Develop strong understanding of customer dynamics, shopper behavior, and market trends - Monitor key KPIs including sales trends, distribution, and promotional performance - Provide data-driven insights to support customer planning, negotiations, and commercial decision-making - Support team on key commercial initiatives & activities 2. ### Reporting, Process Improvement and Business Support - Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews - Support forecasting and planning discussions with sales teams - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports - Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable presentations What we are looking for ### Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial, or business analytics Experience working with sales teams or customer-facing functions is a strong advantage Exposure to FMCG or retail business is preferred ### Skills & Capabilities - Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business actions - Strong commercial mindset with good understanding of sales drivers Insight to action: Ability to connect data with real in-market execution and customer impact - Strong communication and presentation skills Good communication in Thai and English ### Preferred Experience Experience working with customer-level data and retail sales data Experience in category management, sales planning and trade marketing Experience in working with Big Data (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel – advanced) - Ability to leverage data from sources such as Nielsen and customer off-take (e.g., EGG Digital, CSmart, Nielsen KAD) - Familiarity with analyzing sell-out data, shopper trends, and promotional performance at account level Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
