[Apply on JPMorganChase’s careers site →](https://jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1001/job/210791147) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [JPMorganChase](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/jpmorganchase/) / Global Real Estate Finance & Business Management CFO - Executive Director ## Job description As the Global Real Estate EMEA & APAC CFO within Finance & Business Management, you will support the GRE CFO, the EMEA & APAC GRE Region Leads, and the broader GRE Leadership team in aligning firmwide business plans to site-by-site real estate strategies and financial forecasts. You will lead a team of experienced professionals overseeing financial analytics, capital project plans, LOB allocations, site-level expense forecasts, real estate transaction modeling, investment decision governance, and business management. In this role, you will be expected to synthesize complex plans and messages to CFOs and senior leadership across the firm, drive the execution of the regional real estate strategy, ensure decision alignment across businesses and real estate functions, drive continuous process improvements, and support GRE and Firmwide initiatives. You will manage a team of ~15 finance and business management professionals.
