Our culture is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class As a Lead Credit Officer in Asset Based Lending Credit Risk, you will be part of the firm’s risk governance framework and a critical member of the risk management team. The Asset Based Lending team primarily provides working capital revolving lines of credit and fixed asset loans to corporate clients. Credit Officers on the Investment Bank Asset Based Lending team manage a portfolio of accounts and underwrite new business transactions. ### Job Responsibilities This role will support the ABL Credit Team Manage portfolio of ABL clients, monitor financial performance trends, borrowing base trends, and covenant compliance and lead credit relationship with client and internal stakeholders Perform due diligence for loans, derivatives, leases, and cash management including: financial due diligence, financial modeling, field exam, appraisal, and legal diligence Assign and assess internal ratings, risk assessment and risk mitigation. Recommend changes in structure or account management strategy to address negative trends. Interpret collateral appraisals and field exams.
