As an Analyst/Associate within Rates Middle Office team, you will ensure timely and accurate capture of trades, maintain strong controls, and complete reconciliation checks that keep books and records precise. You will partner closely with trading and support teams to resolve queries, manage risk, and enhance processes. You will contribute to strategic initiatives that evolve our business architecture and strengthen our control environment. Together, we’ll drive operational excellence that supports clients and market integrity. You will collaborate with operations, technology, finance, risk, and other infrastructure teams to enable a “one team” approach. We value clear communication, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, creating space for you to build deep understanding of trading structures and expand your impact.
