Create governance mechanisms to sustain standardization (e.g., playbooks, process ownership, change intake, update cadence, and adoption measures). Build a capability framework for Transaction Coordination roles (skills/behaviors/knowledge by role and job grade).

Design and implement learning journeys (onboarding → proficiency → advanced) including training paths, practice/on-the-job components, and simple assessment/checkpoint approaches.

Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions to closure.
