As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead implementation projects across multiple stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear project plans and driving successful client delivery. This senior individual-contributor role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and equity compensation expertise. Develop and manage Implementation project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions. Coordinate client and internal stakeholders across multiple functions and workstreams. Lead Implementation project governance, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, status meetings, and readiness reviews. Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to evaluate requirements, solve problems, and recommend practical solutions. Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities. Coordinate data conversion, validation, reconciliation, testing, and implementation-readiness activities. Drive accountability across project stakeholders while delivering a high-quality client onboarding experience. Mentor new joiners and contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of equity compensation share plans. Experience leading large-scale or enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and solutioning skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence outcomes, and drive decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. ### Preferred Qualifications IPO implementation or IPO-readiness experience is helpful but not required. CEP, ECA, PMP, or similar qualification or relevant experience.
