This is an opportunity to influence a growing business while helping to protect customers, strengthen controls, and enable sustainable, risk-balanced growth. As an Operational Risk Manager, Vice President at JPMorganChase within the International Consumer Banking Risk team, you provide independent second line of defense oversight and effective challenge across retail investment products, services, and operations. You partner with Product, Operations, Control Management, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other Risk teams to identify emerging risks and influence risk-based decisions. You assess the control environment across business-unit, regional, and legal-entity levels and support clear governance and escalation.
