The CRE team works with the markets and extends credit solutions to commercial real estate owners and investors across the US. The team is deeply involved in structuring the transaction, supporting underwriters with analysis, advising the client, negotiating with clients and running the end-to-end process from the initial pitch to closing a deal for CRE reliant transactions. The CRE Group is a subset of the PB Lending Solutions group, which provides credit solutions across a variety of needs to a range of high net worth individuals, their family offices, and their organizations. ### Job Responsibilities The Lending Solutions Commercial Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for driving commercial real estate credit origination in the US lending portfolio, by developing and executing on the strategic vision for the product, acting as the subject matter expert and providing clients strategic advice on Commercial Real Estate Solutions.
