As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms, you apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will continue to evolve your technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of your aligned domain of expertise, driving meaningful impact across platforms, systems, and teams at enterprise scale. Job responsibilities Apply technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate-to-high scope, executing creative solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate-to-high complexity This role is part of Storage SRE team and requires expert knowledge on Storage technologies like Powerflex, PURE, Powermax and Solidfire. Hands on experience in Iscsi, TCP/IP, NVMe storage products. Good knowledge on Object products like Storagegrid and file products like Ontap and Isilon are preferred. Need to be part of 24/7 follow the sun model to support storage infrastructure. Good knowledge of Incident management, Change management and Problem management is needed for this role.
