[Apply on JPMorganChase’s careers site →](https://jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1001/job/210660957) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [JPMorganChase](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/jpmorganchase/) / Investment Banking - Investment Grade Finance - Vice President ## Job description As a Vice President within Investment Grade Finance you will monitor global rate and credit market dynamics and how they affect our clients’ liability portfolios and issuance decisions; advise clients on marketing, timing and pricing of debt issuance and loan origination as well as repurchasing or restructuring debt; coordinate with syndicate, sales and trading to price and sell the bonds; know all priority clients and key financing decision makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Asst. Treasurers, and Capital Markets Directors); and maintain direct dialogue with clients, client coverage officers, debt and equity partners. You will function as a fully integrated team member, in a flat structure that allows for direct client coverage responsibility and for working directly with MDs in the group and across the firm. The Vice President is an integral part of Investment Grade Finance where team members rely on the Vice President for both new business generation and leadership in driving the process in deal executions and pitching. ### Job Responsibilities Originating fixed income securities as part of the capital raising activities undertaken by our clients (both corporate and financial institutions) Address both broad corporate finance topics as well as detailed execution advice for our clients Align with the bond originators to provide integrated solutions to our clients. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of investment banking/capital markets or related experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
