You’ll join a dynamic team that supports critical payment processing and helps business partners deliver great client experiences. We’ll give you exposure to complex, time-sensitive workflows where attention to detail matters every day. You’ll grow your operational expertise while collaborating across teams to improve processes and manage risk. As a Cash Operations Transaction Processing Specialist - Analyst (Analyst) on the Payment Operations team, you support day-to-day payment processing activities for clients and internal partners. You help ensure transactions and deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with required controls. You partner closely with stakeholders to resolve inquiries, investigate issues, and drive timely escalation when needed. You contribute to a consistent, well-controlled environment while continuously improving how work gets done. The Payment Operations team supports high-volume, deadline-driven processing that requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
