As a Fund Client Services Associate/Vice President within the Securities Services Operations team, you will take ownership of client service management, ensuring queries are answered, problems are resolved, and issues are escalated. You will be responsible for the production and delivery of financial statements and related accounting information, as well as oversight of compliance and performance reports. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless service and support, while maintaining strong governance and controls. You will be empowered to drive process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the team. Our team provides a range of services to institutional asset managers and owners across Asia-Pacific, focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and performance oversight.
