You will partner across teams to resolve inquiries, strengthen controls, and help ensure consistent service outcomes. This opportunity offers broad product exposure and hands-on involvement in continuous improvement. You will engage with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive timely resolution and support client initiatives. As an Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) Client Operations Associate in the IMOS Client Operations team, you will manage day-to-day client interactions and support service delivery across post-trade activities in a controlled environment.
