As a Lending Specialist in the U.S. Private Bank, you will work with our team to advise clients on their capital structure and provide credit solutions tailored to clients’ needs and circumstances. ### Job Responsibilities - Participate in pitches to existing and prospective clients - Analyze the book of existing clients to identify new potential opportunities - Maintain an ongoing dialogue with existing borrowing clients - Advise, negotiate and execute loan structures Structure solutions to client financing needs within acceptable risk parameters and in accordance with policies and regulations - Maintain a quality credit book with active client dialogue and escalation of candidates promptly. Follow up on all client-related credit issues (e.g., missed margin calls, legal documentation, etc.).
