Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ### What this job involves Operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical systems including HV / LV switchgear, UPS, generators etc. - Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime an redundancy - Respond swiftly to electrical faults and alarms with rigous root cause analysis and resolution - Support commissioning updgrades, and CAPEX projects for infrastructure scalability - Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and operational SLAs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy use and support sustainability goals Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum - 5 years of hands-on experience in data centre or critical facility electrical systems REW B0 / C0 is required In-depth knowledge of UPS, backup generators, switchgear, and power distribution architectures Facility with BMS / DCIM tools and electrical safety standards - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a high-availability Location: On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
