The Soft Services Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of soft services across the site, including cleaning services in common areas and cleanrooms, reception services, landscaping, pest control, and waste management. The role ensures high service standards, operational excellence, contractor performance, compliance with safety requirements, and customer satisfaction while supporting a complex industrial environment. ### Key Responsibilities Soft Services Operations Manage cleaning services in common areas and cleanrooms, reception services, landscaping, pest control, and waste disposal activities. Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, site procedures, and operational standards. Conduct routine inspections, audits, office move coordination, and support customer events and site activities. Team Management Manage service teams, including scheduling, absence coverage, onboarding, training, and performance management. Coordinate and manage the Emergency Response On-Call Team that provides support outside of Hard Services operating hours, in partnership with the Hard Services Manager and in accordance with site procedures. Vendor & Contractor Management Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, service levels, and site requirements. Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and site stakeholders. Inventory & Service Management Manage inventory and consumables, including cleanroom supplies, by planning orders and monitoring deliveries. Track and manage service requests through the Corrigo work order system, ensuring timely resolution and closure of all requests and complaints. Performance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Monitor KPIs and SLAs and drive corrective and improvement actions as required. Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and applicable regulations. Coordinate closely with site management, clients, and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence. Financial Management Manage operational budgets within the scope of the role. Process purchase orders, review invoices, and monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance. ### Requirements Proven experience managing Soft Services or operations within a multi-service site environment. Experience managing employees, vendors, and contractors. Strong planning, prioritization, budget control, and analytical skills. Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with service management/work-order systems. Fluent Hebrew and working-level English.
