Site Operations Management ​Conduct FM/MEP operations including small fix or furniture/facility repair in coordination with stakeholders.

### Managing
- Work order to meet KPI’s requirement
- Establish the relationship with key users for smooth operation
- Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
- Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Support / help other team members.

Vendor Management ​Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works) Manage vendors to meet KPI’s requirement Knowledge And Skills Required ​Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Google Workspace is preferred Business level of English and Japanese At least
- 3 years or more experience on Hard services Competency Customer service-oriented attitude Friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help meet our customer’s needs Able to prioritize effectively Proactive and positive attitude Team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding for the use of confidentiality and diplomacy
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines [Place of Work] Location: Within Tokyo’s 23 wards [Working Hours and Days Off] Working hours are based on the client’s timetable Generally based on working from the office Days off: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, and the year-end and New Year period 【Salary】 Overtime pay: Available.

A fixed overtime allowance is included in the basic annual salary (equivalent to 30 hours per month) *For non-managerial positions Bonuses: Available (performance-related bonuses)
