Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Value & Risk Advisory Das erwartet Dich Durchführen von Bewertungen von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien Anwendung nationaler und internationaler Bewertungsverfahren und -standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen Erstellen von Objekt-, Markt- und Standortanalysen Erstellen von Wertgutachten in deutscher und englischer Sprache Agieren in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden Was Du mitbringen solltest Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft, BWL, VWL, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur o.ä.
