## Job description

### 职位职责
- 严格遵循SPD模式要求，负责安贞医院等驻点医院的药品日常配送全流程（收货/清点/上架），确保配送准确率与时效性。
- 对接医院药房、临床科室，响应退换货、库存查询等需求，维护稳定客情关系，处理日常运营事务。
- 熟练操作SPD系统，实时更新配送数据，完成单据核对与异常上报，保障供应链信息精准。
- 配合完成医院端库存盘点、效期管理，协助优化委派业务（覆盖北京4-5家医院）的配送流程，提升服务质量。

### 任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，物流管理、医药相关专业优先。
- 具备2年以上医药行业配送或SPD项目经验，熟悉医院药品配送流程及GSP规范。
- 拥有良好沟通协调能力，能快速适应医院环境，独立处理突发问题。
- 熟练使用办公软件及SPD系统，责任心强，执行力突出。
