## Job description

### 基本要求

本科及以上学历、医药相关专业优先，性别不限、年龄50岁以下、婚育不限； 专业经验：
- 年销售额1亿、或规模在1亿以上医药企业担任过医院业务销售总监或负责人等职位，具备一定管理经验；
- 掌握药品销售、管理的法律法规，了解所在省份医疗环境和政策、有一定的医院资源，例如公立医院、民营医院、社区医院等；
- 基于市场行情及公司战略具备一定的创新能力。

### 管理经理
- 团队管理人数20人以上；具备优秀的领导能力及管理才能；
- 有效建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道，创建长期、良好、稳固的医院版块客户关系；
- 有效管理部门内部的人员及团队建设工作，组织实施本部门内人员培养、指标、绩效评定等工作；
- 精通商业公司运营模式，整合资源能力强，能带领团队实现战略目标。

### 专业能力
- 熟悉药品管理法律法规，对医院销售模式有一定的行业经验。
- 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
- 熟悉营销、管理相关知识，具备目标绩效管理、过程控制、合作发展以及冲突管理等方面的知识与经验技巧。
