## Job description

### 职位职责

职位职责：
- 及时查询库存，设置库存商品最低及最高库存量，合理储备库存商品。对在库品种的销售情况进行日常分析，优化库存商品结构；
- 根据库存情况及时制定采购计划，及时反馈各类应急采购信息；
- 负责日常采购入库过程中到货信息的跟踪，协调各部门之间的配合；
- 在保证毛利的前提下，与各方协商和制定销售的指导价格，并根据市场行情的变化适时调整；
- 协调厂家填写首营品种申请表，经理审核后上报质管部。配合质管部完成对供货商资格的审核工作。对出现质量问题的产品，协同维修人员及时予以处理，重大问题及时上报质管部；
- 负责公司采购退出处理工作；
- 严把货款结算关，按财务要求完善各种协议外的各项手续，对异常情况及时报上级领导；

### 负责与上游供应商的账目核对、发票收取、勾兑及货款支付工作 任职要求
- 具备基础的药品采购知识和相关经验，有较好的市场敏感性和商业敏锐度。
- 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应较快的工作节奏。
- 具备较强的学习能力和自主思考能力，对数字敏感度高，能够熟练使用办公软件。 本科以上学历，药学相关专业
