Ensures marketing activities are in compliance with stakeholder requirements and established criterion.

Forecasts marketing impact on targeted communities and communicates results to channel and partner marketing teams. Determines the scope of strategic objectives and integrates marketing strategies that enhance products and services. Confers with management and leadership on necessary resources for marketing initiatives. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
