- 创新产品上市及准入布局 制定骨科创新耗材及手术机器人差异化准入策略，参与NPI产品全生命周期准入策略制定，从国家医保代码申领到省级挂网，再到医院准入，全流程加速创新产品商业化落地，打造新增量增长引擎。
- 推进物价落地助力业务提质放量 推动立项指南全国统一落地，建立标准化准入路径，持续提升市场覆盖广度和准入效率。
- 政策风险前瞻管理 持续跟踪价格治理、信用评价等重点政策，建立骨科业务专项应对机制，实现政策风险主动防控和合规护航。
