### Job Function

Market Access Job Sub Function: Health Economics Market Access Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China Job Description: Lead market access strategy team responsible for product value proposition, evidence strategy and generation for launched or imminently launching products (primarily in maximized launch or transferred to BU for launch preparation), and it will also fully support the CMA team in NRDL access.

To unlock the value of diversified innovative access beyond NRDL, the team will build capabilities for innovative access strategy and planning, own end-to-end APM strategy and operation, and develop commercial health insurance plan(focused on CSI) to fully support the PMA team in CSI access and BU team’s activation; as well as team development Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Agility Jumps, Commercial Awareness, Competitive Landscape Analysis, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Intelligence, Global Market, Go-to-Market Strategies, Health Economics, Health Intelligence, Market Knowledge, Market Opportunity Assessment, Mentorship, Pricing Strategies, Regulatory Compliance, Strategic Change, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility
