Provide scientific expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders across the assigned therapeutic area. Partner with regional and local Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access and Clinical Operations teams to align strategy and execution. Build trusted scientific relationships with external experts, investigators, professional societies and other relevant stakeholders. Plan and deliver advisory boards, scientific exchange, medical education and internal capability-building activities. Serve as the scientific lead for Medical Affairs studies. Review and approve promotional, educational, labelling and training materials in line with local requirements. Lead and develop direct reports through coaching, performance management and capability building.
