First, independently and effectively conduct internal investigations on potential legal and compliance issues. Such work would include conducting interviews, reviewing documents, open-source research and prepare the requisite work product in a clear, concise and robust manner. Second, provide practical and sound legal advice to internal stakeholders on responding to government inquiries & investigations and litigation matters principally in China. Third, provide practical and sound legal advice to internal stakeholders (such our healthcare compliance. and commercial teams) concerning Chinese anti-unfair competition, corruption, improper promotion etc laws in the life sciences sector, and Chinese laws which impact the conduct of government related litigation and corporate internal investigations.
