Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance area. Performs simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance strategy.

Contributes to the communication of industry-proven best practices to the Production Equipment Repair and Manufacturing team to assist with responses to equipment breakdowns and downtime issues. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
