- Provide personal assistance to the China RA head in the in day-to-day business, respecting the confidentiality and good practice.
- In addition to standard secretarial activities (calendar, meetings, travel etc.) this position includes contributing to organizational changes and business improvement processes, monitoring and –if appropriate – distribution of relevant corporate information, provide support for external stakeholders and other departmental or company and R&D level projects.
- For the specific sub-roles this includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Internal approval activities related to RA and R&D Building a strong culture in RA and R&D Supporting, engaging and caring for team members
- Increasing responsibilities for regulatory activities
