### Job Title

Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers)

### Location

Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) – On Company Payroll Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on chiller installation, commissioning, and testing. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management
- Monitor project progress and resolve any technical or operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates
- Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution
- Strong experience in Chiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing) Hands-on exposure to project management & site execution Experience working with large commercial / industrial HVAC projects
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of contracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle Preferred Background: Candidates from HVAC / MEP / Building Services industry Experience in companies handling chiller-based HVAC projects Exposure to project management tools and site execution practices Key Competencies: Project Management & Execution Technical expertise – HVAC / Chillers Stakeholder Management Problem Solving & Decision Making Communication & Coordination
