## Job description

### Job Title

Installation Planner Hours: 37.5 - Monday-Friday Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (role will be relocating to Addlestone in the long-term) We’re looking for an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to support our installation operations. You’ll play a key role in coordinating schedules, keeping appointments on track, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone keen to develop in a fast‑paced, team-focused environment.

- Plan and schedule installation workloads to maximise efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and support customer bookings
- Work closely with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling issues
- Provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly
- Help identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good organisational and communication skills
