Password Services Air Conditioning LTD, under Johnson Controls, operates in Droitwich, providing innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC and air conditioning systems. What we offer - Competitive salary - Paid Annual Leave - 25 days (Holiday buy back option available). - Pension & Life Assurance. - 40 Hour week - Monday to Friday - Encouraging, developmental & collaborative team environment - Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy What you will do As a Service Coordinator based at our Droitwich office, you will be responsible for one of our main customer contracts, working alongside another coordinator to ensure all requirements are met. You will handle day-to-day administration and operational activities, including managing customer queries and requests via telephone, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices, and other general administrative tasks using Simpro software and Sage 200. In this role you'll need to be able to prioritise customer call-outs and access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPIs. How you will do it - Report to the Office Manager - Operate client SAP systems to interact with Simpro. - Manage customer enquiries. - Process invoices and assist with AR & AP enquiries, order supplies, and manage vendors. - Support administrative tasks across the operational team.
