## Job description

### 主要职责
- 负责生产制造和维修服务中的产品电气质量问题，提供有效的分析方法和手段；
- 负责新产品试制的电气相关工作，发现、分析并解决新产品开发及生产过程中遇到的电气技术问题，并能够与零部件组共同处理电气零部件重大技术问题；
- 组织对新产品电气控制系统的在工厂测试台及在线的相关可靠性实验策划及验证，参加电气设计评审；
- 参与团队能力建设，负责团队电气相关培训工作；
- 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求；
- 执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施。

### 学历
- 自动化或电子、电气等相关专业本科或以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 5年以上电气产品的设计开发工作经验（其中至少3年以上的空调企业设计相关工作经验）；熟悉空调产品电气设计过程和控制，对低压电气零部件的性能和特性有较深入的了解。

### 能力和技能
- 熟悉空调产品GB/CE电气相关标准；独立承担产品电气设计任务，对团队成员进行技术指导；具有良好的服务及团队合作意识；熟悉计算机运用，熟悉AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL软件；具备良好的英文读写能力。

### 其他
- 有良好英语口语交流能力加分；熟悉空调产品CE/UL电气相关标准加分。
