## Job description

你需要做的是 负责零售市场开拓、管理等一系列工作，处理好与零售囤货商，分销商等的客情关系，按公司零售体系要求，完成零售的相关工作. 你将会怎么做 零售渠道开发及管理 区域零售囤货商的日常销售活动管理及维护； 督促囤货商按进度完成相应目标； 按公司要求与囤货商共同完成渠道市场布局； 配合囤货商开发二级合作经销商； 参与当地渠道活动政策的制定并推进； 门店管理及培训 专卖店零售人员培养及管理； 专卖店零售人员产品培训及考核； 竞品及行业知识汇总分析并传递门店； 门店陪同销售； 市场推广 配合囤货商完成品牌市场推广-线上/线下； 配合经销商制定并参与零售展会及促销活动； 定期组织零售总结分享会议及活动； 配合经销商制定楼盘及装修公司推进计划及落地执行； 我们期待的是 要求 具备良好的职业道德和职业习惯； 熟悉当地中央空调及生态系统经销商渠道及市场； 具备常规PPT制作及演示能力； 大面积市场覆盖的跑动/良好的沟通能力； 相关专业本科以上及2年以上中央空调零售相关经验。
