## Job description

職位描述 為客戶提供專業的電子保安系統（ELV）安裝、維修及保養服務，確保系統穩定運行。作為前線技術人員，您將負責故障診斷、設備安裝、測試及維修工作，並向客戶提供技術支援及解決方案，以提升客戶滿意度。

### 職責範圍 負責電子保安系統（ELV）的安裝、測試、調試、維修及保養工作，包括

閉路電視系統（CCTV） 門禁控制系統（Access Control） 防盜警報系統（Security Alarm） 對講機及其他弱電系統 執行現場故障排查、診斷及緊急維修工作。 負責設備佈線、接線、設備安裝及系統測試。 按維修保養計劃定期進行預防性保養服務。 協助系統升級、翻新（Retrofit）及改善工程。 填寫服務報告、維修紀錄及相關技術文件。 與客戶、分判商及內部團隊協調現場工作，確保工程按時完成。 遵守公司安全守則及工程質量要求。 要求資格 必備資歷 持有電子、電機、機電工程或相關證書／文憑；或具備相關工作經驗。 具 1 至 3 年以上 ELV、電子保安系統或相關工程工作經驗。 具 CCTV、門禁系統、保安警報系統安裝及維修經驗。 懂閱讀基本電路圖、接線圖及施工圖則。 良好粵語，一般英語及中文書寫能力。 持有建造業工人註冊證。 持有建造業安全訓練證明書（平安咭）。 優先考慮 持有保安人員許可證（D 類）。 能獨立處理安裝、維修及保養工作。

具備弱電系統故障排查及分析能力。 具良好客戶服務態度及溝通技巧。 工作積極主動、有責任感及團隊合作精神。 持有香港駕駛執照者優先考慮。
