About the Role Are you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Join our Press Shop team as a Machine Operator I on 3rd shift and help shape the future of HVAC technology. You’ll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world. This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. ### What You’ll Do - Operate CNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings - Perform quality checks and report any issues - Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals - Perform preventive maintenance on machines Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED A minimum of 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a noisy, dusty setting Basic computer skills Preferred: 2+ years of machine operation experience Experience with CNC programming and operation - Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press - Strong communication and teamwork skills ### What We Offer Competitive salary with 3rd shift differential Paid time off Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) On-the-job training and cross-training opportunities A collaborative, safety-first culture with a Zero Harm policy Opportunities for career growth and development HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.18 This position includes a competitive benefits package.
