## Job description

We’re looking for a detail‑focused and proactive Subscriber Administration Support to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and helping deliver a smooth customer experience. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, staying organised, and supporting a busy team environment. What we offer

- Support the Operations team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
- Manage time‑sensitive actions and meet key deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
- Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as needed What we’re looking for: Must-Have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, can‑do attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
