## Job description

### 你需要做的是
- 负责产品的开发和引进技术和部分管理工作，按照PDP进行产品开发
- 负责组织制定产品系统技术方案及可靠性验证计划
- 跟踪产品质量状况，组织对产品的不断改进
- 对现有设计流程/方法的不断改善，提高设计效率
- 与各工厂进行产品试制、生产、测试过程的沟通与协调，发现并解决生产中遇到的技术问题，处理产品重大技术问题，搞好与各相关部门的沟通与合作
- 负责组织SQ定单进行技术评审，根据合同要求，合理制订订单设计计划，及时、准确提供生产所需的技术文件，保证设计的产品满足国内外标准及客户的要求
- 负责工厂industrial产品SQ的报价支持，和非标应用的技术支持。
- 指导工程师及设计员的设计工作，提高工程师及设计员技术能力
- 负责本小组员工工作绩效评议
- 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求

### 执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施 我们期望的是
- 1.本科及以上学历 2.5年以上相关产品设计经验 3.

### 能力和技能
- 熟悉相关产品技术知识和国内外技术标准；
- 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
- 良好的组织协调能力和领导能力；
- 良好的英语听说写能力。
