### What you will do
- GPR Preparation & Payment Processing Prepare and maintain Goods Processing Reports (GPR) on a daily basis Process advanced and normal payments in the system (Automate) for logistics vendors, including for duty, SST & freight.
- Shipment Monitoring & Coordination Track and update incoming shipment status on a daily basis Ensure timely coordination with vendors and forwarders for smooth delivery processes.
- Import Shipment Management Arrange and coordinate import shipments from key locations. Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure compliance with import requirements and timelines.
- Local Delivery Coordination Plan and arrange delivery to customers and internal branches. Ensure deliveries are scheduled efficiently and completed within required timeframes
- Documentation & Filing Maintain accurate and systematic filing of all logistics and financial documents, including: Goods Receipt Slips (GRS) Transfer Posting Slips Invoices and GPR records What we look for: Diploma holder in any field.

Preferably with 1 year work experience in administrative or purchasing work. Moderate knowledge and proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and MS Word. Good communications skills, patient with customers and able to converse well in English. Fast-learner, and able to do multi-tasking. Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy.
