## Job description

### Field Delivery Manager Location

Capenhurst, Cheshire SC Clearance is required for site access and will be arranged before the start date. At Johnson Controls, we're the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. We are seeking a site-based Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of HVAC technicians delivering maintenance and service support for HVAC and chiller systems at a prestigious manufacturing facility.

You'll ensure service delivery meets client KPIs, manage workload planning, coordinate additional technician resources when required, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include: Managing a team of HVAC technicians Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities Reviewing and issuing maintenance and service reports Managing out-of-hours rotas and resource planning Ensuring compliance with EHS, RAMS and COSHH requirements Managing site tools, equipment, calibration and PAT testing records Working closely with site administration and client stakeholders

### Essential Qualifications

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Level 3 F-Gas/Refrigerant Handling Certification (2079) Full UK Driving Licence

### Experience & Skills

Strong HVAC/Refrigeration background with large tonnage chillers Previous team leadership or supervisory experience Sound knowledge of EHS, RAMS and COSHH requirements Ability to build strong client relationships and manage priorities effectively Competent in Microsoft Office and digital service management systems (SAP and Service Max experience beneficial) Desirable IOSH qualification Experience working within nuclear or other highly regulated manufacturing environments This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional to combine technical expertise with leadership responsibility in a safety-critical and rewarding environment. #LI-HN1 #LI-Onsite #RMDFL
