Conduct inspections, service, and repairs on emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and pre‑engineered/industrial suppression systems in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. A JCI‑branded company vehicle is provided for all route and service activities. ### Responsibilities - Self‑schedule and manage appointments with contracted customers. - Maintain and track inventory. - Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions based on manufacturer guidelines and state/local codes. - Perform on‑site quoting, sales, service, and repairs. - Upsell and cross‑sell products and services to support customer compliance with current fire codes. - Develop new accounts within the assigned route. - Meet or exceed performance quotas. - Prospect potential customers for suppression products and services. ### Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver’s license. - Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in confined spaces, including ladder use. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience in fire extinguisher and kitchen hood protection services. - Knowledge of NFPA standards and handling of dangerous goods. ### Bilingual candidate is highly preferred English and Spanish HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.54-$36.49. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
