Coordinate meeting room bookings. ### Administrative Support Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary. ### Customer Service Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers. Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources. ### Security Monitor and control access to the premises by issuing visitor badges and verifying identification when necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of security or safety issues. ### Qualifications 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of office equipment operation.
