John Deere is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled & veterans. ### Primary Location United States (US) - Iowa - Dubuque Function: Factory Engineering (CA) ### Title Manufacturing Engineer, Assembly - 124377 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position ### Your Responsibilities As an OFP Manufacturing Engineer for Crawler Assembly Operations located in Dubuque, IA, you will: - Provide support and basic trouble shooting for current assembly operations - Work with cross functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery and cost - Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations - Support moderate to large scope operations improvement projects VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position ### What Skills You Need - Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience gained from educational projects, relevant internships, or practical work experience - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities - Experience with engineering tools and systems ### What Makes You Stand Out - Manufacturing engineering experience supporting assembly operations of similar products - Experience leading or supporting complex engineering projects and assignments, including capital projects - Experience with Engineering and Manufacturing tools such as AutoCAD, Creo, MPPlanner, AMES, JDAAT, SAP ### Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: - Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Operations discipline What You'll Get At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
